Ezekiel 34:1 to 31 - The Shepherd and His Sheep

Israel's leaders had been useless - leading the people badly and serving only themselves. God would remove them, but he would not abandon his people. He would provide a shepherd for them who would lead them and care for them. This shepherd would be a just ruler, like king David, but so much better.
